Bellabox X Nourished Life Limited Edition Box

Natural Beauty Lovers get ready! I’ve got the inside scoop on the latest Limited Edition Box to hit Bellabox, and I am so excited to share this with you all! I have been loving indulging in cruelty free, natural and vegan subscription boxes, because as a newbie in CF beauty world, I am opened up to a plethora of new brands and products!

The Bellabox x Nourished Life Limited Edition Nourished Life Box (RRP $79.95) is a once off box that is being offered on the Bellabox website from 6th July 2017, with over $250 worth of product inside. And you guys get a sneaky peak inside first! Overall the box has a large array of different products, ranging from makeup, skincare, grooming, and even matcha tea! There are some brands I’m very familiar with, and ones that I am excited to try as well. All the products in this box are cruelty free, and most are vegan. I’ve added a note stipulating which are and aren’t for those interested.

Starting with an old favourite, the RosehipPlus Organic Daily Cream Cleanser (RRP $16.95 – 150ml). It’s no secret that I am a HUGE fan of the RosehipPLUS products, as they have been popping up on my blog every time I mention skincare! This cream cleanser contains osehip (obvi), jojoba and sea buckthorn oil, which all helps gently remove your makeup and hydrates the skin. I featured this cleanser recently in my Gentle Winter Skincare Routine, so you know I have been loving it! This product is certified organic, vegan and cruelty free certified by PETA.

A facial oil I haven’t seen or tried before up next, the Happy Skincare Good Vibes Omega Facial Oil (RRP $38.50 – 30ml). This facial oil boasts hydration and nourishing properties using different omega oils. I used a little before writing this post, and it feels like lightweight, and not too heavy on the skin. I can forsee this being a great addition to my routine for sure. This product is cruelty free and certified by CCF (Choose Cruelty Free) and PETA, and vegan.

Another new-to-me product, the Mukti Organics Age Definace Vital C Elixir (RRP $109.95 – 30ml), and I was pretty impressed with the claims! On the website, this elixir claims to reduce wrinkle volume by 25.5% and roughness by 27.5% (on the test subjects). It counteracts dry and leathery skin texture, loose wrinkled skin, sunspots and freckles, and much more. I can’t wait to test out this product more! This product is cruelty free and certified by CCF (Choose Cruelty Free), and vegan.

The cult favourite Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream (RRP $49.95 118ml) appears in the box too, which I have been dying to try, though was disappointed to learn it’s not vegan. Still, this cream is praised as a moisturiser, burn healer, treating cuts and scrapes, fading scars, eczema relief, hair conditioner and much much more! This product is cruelty free certified by PETA, but is not vegan (contains bees wax, bee pollen, royal jelly, + more bee by-products).

The Salt and Glow Be Still Lip Balm (RRP $5.80 4g) is made from a variety of plant oils including shea butter and vitamin E, and is handcrafted in small batches in Australia. I always love finding lip balms that contain no animal products. This product is vegan and cruelty free.

The Pure Papaya Ointment with Calendula (RRP $9.95 25g) is another skincare aid product that I’m looking forward to trying. I am a huge fan of other papaya ointments, so I am keen to give this one a go as well! It can help protect the skin and heal ailments like rashes, as well as soothing the skin. This product claims to be cruelty free, and looks to be vegan (and palm oil free).

This soap smells so good! The Life Basics Activated Charcoal Body Soap with Lemongrass (RRP $9.95 120ml) smells like lemongrass (duh!) and is chockfull of brilliant oils for the skin. It also contains activated charcoal, which appears to be popping up everywhere, which helps clean the skin, soaking up impurities and dirt. This product is cruelty free and vegan.

A great concept of product in this box was the Ethique Sampler (RRP $20.00), which is a company hoping to #giveupthebottle. These sustainable beauty bars of different uses all require no plastic packaging, so they definitely have a lighter carbon footprint. It also comes in the cutest box that reminded me of a macaroon box, only this box is actually compostable! The samples include friss wrangler shampoo, damage control shampoo, the guardian conditioner, bliss bar cleanser and a bodywash bar. They are made in NZ, and are cruelty free, vegan and palm oil free. Accredited by PETA and CCF, and are a certified carbon neutral company.

The Black Chicken Remedies Axilla Deodorant Paste (RRP $18.50 75g) is a product I am so excited to try out! I have been loving trying different natural deodorants (would anyone like a round up post on this?). This will be the second deodorant paste I will be trying in recent months, so I’ll be testing it out for daily wear and also gym sessions. This paste contains coconut oil, arrowroot and sodium bicarbonate to absorb moisture, and it smells amazing! Notes of peppermint, lime, clover and lavender are great fresh scents. This product is cruelty free and vegan.

While I am not a huge gloss fan, the 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Gloss (RRP $24.95 7ml) looks like an amazing natural lip gloss. However, this product is not vegan (contains beeswax) so not suitable for those who want to avoid these products. It contains actual fruit extracts and shea butter as well, so it will be very hydrating and moisturising for the lips. This product is cruelty free, accredited by PETA and Leaping Bunny. Not vegan, contains beeswax.

Two products from Inika are next, which is a well known vegan makeup brand. The Inika Organic Baked Illuminisor (RRP $65.00) and Vegan Fan Brush (RRP $39.00) look so amazing and can’t wait to give them a try! The fan brush feels so soft and luxurious (and fur free so great for our animal friends too!) and the illimunisor looks like a nice, soft highlighting product. These products are cruelty free, and vegan. Accredit by CCF.

Lastly, the Zen Matcha Green Tea Powder (RRP $29.95 – 60g) was a welcome site, as I love a great matcha latte at home! Matcha has 137 times the antioxidants of regular green tea, helps boost the metabolism, increases energy and concentration and supports your immune system. So basically powdered fountain of youth haha.

I hope you enjoyed this sneak peak into the Bellabox x Nourished Life Limited Edition Natural Box! Do you think you will pick this one up when it goes on sale on July 6th?

  • It might be a pricey box but you do get a lot of products included. I’m not sure if I could pull the trigger on an $80 box of mystery products though haha. That Vitamin C serum definitely sounds good.
